Vendor Sign Up

We are excited to welcome vendors, artists, nonprofits, and community organizations to be part of El Dorado Pride 2026.

Vendor spaces are open to:
• Local businesses
• Artists and makers
• Nonprofit organizations
• Community groups
• Food vendors and food trucks

Important vendor information:
All vendor applications must be reviewed and approved by Equality El Dorado. Once approved, vendors will receive a payment link. Payment must be completed within 30 days of approval to secure your space.

Vendor fees:
• Vendor booths: $40
• Food trucks: $80
• Nonprofit and community groups: Free
Space for nonprofit and community groups is limited and subject to availability.

Vendor registration includes:
• Booth space during Pride
• Promotion on Equality El Dorado platforms
• The chance to be part of El Dorado history, which is pretty cool if you ask us
