Middle School Youth Program

Equality El Dorado’s Middle School Youth Group is a free, welcoming, and affirming space for middle school students to connect, learn, and be themselves. The group is facilitated by four licensed social workers, providing a safe, supportive, and professionally guided environment.

Through thoughtfully planned activities and discussions, participants will build skills to help them navigate the big feelings and challenges that often come with the middle school years. The group focuses on emotional awareness, healthy coping strategies, confidence, communication, and connection with peers who understand this stage of life.

The second semester runs from September 14 through October 26, meeting every Monday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. Sessions are age appropriate, inclusive, and centered on respect, belonging, and growth.

Middle school is complicated. This group helps make it a little more manageable.
